Adding a Pad to a song

Start by adding a Song service item from the Add Item menu at the top of the screen. In the Order of Service on the left side of the screen, click the speaker icon. If this is your first time adding a Pad to your presentation, select Import... from the list. Otherwise, select Browse Audio and find the track you want associated with this song.

At the bottom of the playlist popup, choose Continue/Repeat until: End of service item. The Pad will now loop continuously for the duration of the song service item, but fade out when you advance to the next service item.

Adding a Pad to a service section

Attaching a Pad to an entire service section is a great way to create a lasting mood for a service. To get started, choose a service section in the Order of Service. Next to the title of the service section, select the speaker icon. If this is your first time adding a Pad to your presentation, select Import... from the list. Otherwise, select Browse Audio and find the track you want associated with this song.

At the bottom of the playlist popup, choose Continue/Repeat until: End of section to loop the Pad until the end of the section. If you also want to keep the Pad playing after the service, choose Stopped in the repeat options.

Tip: you can use audio stop cues to pause the Pad for certain service items. Click the speaker icon next to the service item on which you want silence and select Stop background audio.
